Job Description

RAMA is looking for a candidate at role of Partner/Associate Partner for TAS (Tax & Audit Services) Vertical which includes Statutory Audit and Direct & Indirect Tax Services

The role will primarily involve executing or managing client engagements in the Audit & Taxation Domain. This is a leadership role encompassing all the aspects of practice management i.e. execution & implementation, Resource Management & Development, clients-management and business prospecting via by active business development efforts.

Key Job Deliverables

1. Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ IND As/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS/ accounting services.

2. Ability to independently execute statutory audit, tax audit, consolidation audit and other attestation services.

3. Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards and ensure that the audit team is appropriately trained.

4. Assist in the development and implementation of audit policies, procedures, and methodologies.

Desired Profile:

1. Having Good knowledge on Statutory audits, Tax Audits, IFRS and IND AS Audits.

2. Good written and oral communication skills.

3. CA with 15-20 years. of post qualification experience in Above Domain.

4. Should have work experience with reputed professional firm specialized in Tax and Audit Services.

5. Self-motivated, innovative, deadline driven, willingness to travel and meet the deadlines.
