What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
Dedicated PA support to C-Suite / Leadership
Calendar management, travel bookings, guest coordination, and meeting arrangements.
Ensure confidentiality and maintain discretion in handling sensitive information.
Manage administrative activities such as:
Main desk coordination
Preparation of joining kits
General office administrative support
Profile Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with long tenure in the same organization (no frequent job changes).
Graduation with minimum 60% marks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills critical requirement.
Strong confidentiality, coordination, and guest management skills.
