What you’ll do
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in building enterprise SaaS or Payroll/HR platforms. The role involves translating business requirements into product requirements, managing backlogs, and driving feature prioritization while ensuring compliance, scalability, and performance. The Product Manager will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, lead product discovery, and ensure delivery of high-quality products aligned with business goals.

Translate business requirements into product requirements, epics, and user stories.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

Prioritize features considering business needs, compliance, scalability, and performance.

Act as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Lead product discovery, backlog management, and agile practices to optimize delivery.

Present updates, risks, and key decisions to leadership.
