What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities

* Greet guests upon arrival, check-in, and provide information about hotel facilities.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
* Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile

* 5-10 years of experience in aviation or hospitality industry as a receptionist or similar role.
* Excellent guest handling skills with ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Experience in cabin crew activities or hostess activities is an asset.
* Strong knowledge of EPABX systems and telephone operating procedures.
