What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

This role will involve taking care of the Internal Hiring process. Majorly Civil/ Mech/Elect. engineering requirements.

– Sourcing profiles as per the requirement

– Contacting candidates on the career opportunity

– Coordinating with the Hiring Managers

– Interview Scheduling and Coordination

– Conducting initial round of interview

– Offer and joining process coordination

– Recruitment MIS

– Taking care of juniors

Preferred candidate profile

– Graduate with 4+ years experience,

– Minimum 2 years of experience in handling engineering positions.

– Good communication skills

– Experience with various sourcing techniques
