What you’ll do
Position: Regional Manager Operations

Location: Chennai

Job Description – Key Responsibilities

Operations & Inventory:
Lead 3PL warehouse operations, product flow, and chemical logistics in the South region.
Process Excellence:
Drive process optimization, compliance, cost/time efficiency, and SLA/KPI adherence.
Leadership & Development:
Mentor and motivate teams, oversee training, and build high-performance culture.
Business & Reporting:
Manage KPIs, audits, safety/ISO compliance, credit control, and provide insights for management decisions.
Growth & Projects:
Lead start-ups, process improvements, business development, and ensure safe, efficient, customer-focused operations.
Ideal Candidate:
