Job description
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Management
Lead and coordinate the hiring process for ISP/ISD positions across West India.
Manage a team of 23 recruiters and guide them on sourcing strategies and daily priorities.
Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, assessments, and interview coordination.
Ensure delivery of qualified candidates as per brand’s competency and brand standards.
Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet ongoing and forecasted hiring needs.
2. Vendor & Channel Coordination
Coordinate with local recruitment vendors, job portals, social media channels, and referral networks.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely candidate submissions.
Identify new sourcing channels to improve hiring quality and reduce hiring TAT.
3. Client Collaboration
Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and the client’s project team.
Understand staffing requirements, mandate updates, and new role expectations.
Share regular hiring reports, dashboards, and market insights with internal leadership and the client team.
4. Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs, compliance, documentation, and audit requirements.
Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce dropouts, and enhance candidate experience.
Track TAT, offer-to-join ratios, and conversion metrics; take corrective actions where required.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain detailed MIS, progress trackers, and weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Monitor performance of recruiters and vendors; provide actionable feedback.
Forecast hiring needs and help prepare manpower planning data.
