We are Hiring a Assistant Manager – HR (Sales HRBP) for a leading FMCG Brand.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 Years in HRBP & SALES HR ROLE

Education: MBA – HR
Ideal Candidate (Must Have’s):
Strong exposure to end-to-end Sales HRBP responsibilities, including Pan-India bulk hiring at TM and SO levels.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and regional meetings.
Solid understanding of sales operations

Role:
The Sales HR Business Partner will enable the Sales function by aligning people strategies with business priorities, delivering comprehensive HR support across workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning initiatives, and sales force productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Regional Sales Managers and sales leadership to drive people initiatives aligned to business goals.
Participate in monthly regional reviews and conduct market visits each month to understand field realities and productivity challenges.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and mid-level sales roles (SO, TM), including Pan-India bulk hiring as per approved plans and budgets.
Coordinate onboarding and early engagement of new hires with the Talent Acquisition team.
Handle employee relations and IR matters across regions, ensuring consistent communication, grievance handling, and policy adherence.
Identify capability gaps and support sales training initiatives focused on selling skills and product knowledge.
Enable goal setting, performance reviews, and productivity improvement using insights from sales tools.
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations including confirmations, transfers, exits, payroll coordination, and compliance.
