What you’ll do
Sr HR Recruiter :

Should have 8+ years of core HR recruitment experience.
Should be BE (IT/Extc/Comp/Elect) or BSc (Comp Sci / IT / Comp Applications).
Should be preferrable residing in Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai.
Good command over written & spoken English.
No gaps in education and work exp.
Should have worked with a reputed IT company
We are looking out for a business focused IT Recruitment role holder to take care of IT recruitment for Safran Digit, which is one of the IT Centre of Excellence / IT GCC of the Safran group.

– The role holder would be expected to handle IT recruitments for the Global IT Centre of Excellence’ / ‘IT GCC’ of the Safran group.

– Candidate should have 8+ years of core IT recruitment experience.

– The role is 5 days onsite and would be based out of Safran’s Mumbai office @Prabhadevi.

– The role is responsible to handle recruitment vide various metholologies.

– Candidate should have hand on experience in Self sourcing vide Naukri, Campus drives, LinkedIN campaigns, Candidate connect, Salary negotiations..

– Past exposure to RPO preferred.
