Conduct thorough testing of software in banking environments to ensure reliability, functionality, and compliance.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including software specifications, user manuals, and design documents.
Ensure all software meets relevant industry regulations/protocols and security standards.
May need to travel to customer location to understand software issues & working.
