This role plays a vital part in driving product specifications and approvals in major construction and infrastructure projects across India.

Position Details:

Job Title: Specification Engineer
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience Required: 3 to 8 years (preferably in construction chemicals or building materials)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, and project developers
Prepare BOQs, submittals, and technical documents
Track and target ongoing/upcoming projects for specification opportunities
Support the sales team with project-based leads
Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
3 to 8 years of relevant industry experience
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
Familiarity with construction workflows and specification processes
