Job description
What you’ll do
Prepare/review and present financial statements (IFRS / LGAAP), cash flow reports, and performance analysis to stakeholders.
Lead an accounting team responsible for efficient operations in areas of General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Payroll and Fixed Asset.
Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors. Maintain and furnish required information during the audit.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and global finance processes and adherence to Global accounting KPIs
Suggest improvement to financial systems and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with bankers and manage the end-to-end Banking relationship.
Responsibility for the financial accounting and monthly closings in time and in good quality
Cost center accounting and preparation of Statement of Income (SOI) according to IFRS and group-specific guidelines.
Responsible for the annual budgeting, tracking actuals, variance analysis.
Active development of processes and systems in financial accounting.
Participation in international Finance transformation projects.
Your Profile
Chartered Accountant with 6 to 8 years of post qualification experience. Min. 3 years experience to lead an accounting team.
Professional experience and expert know how in finance and accounting in SAP ERP and working together with a Shared Service provider
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management. Experience handling and working with regional or global stakeholders
Fluent English language
