We are looking for Sr.HR Automation Manager with our client who is one of the largest Hospital Chain In India with employee strength of Over 20,000

Designation : Sr. Manager HR Automation

Location : Bangalore (No Remote)

Budget : Max : 30 L

Experience : 12+ years in HR Automation

Qualification : MBA (Mandatory)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager – HR Automation located in Bengaluru. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the HR automation processes, including the implementation and management of HR technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing HR processes, identifying areas for automation, developing and deploying automation strategies, and ensuring the effective operation of HR systems. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline HR functions and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Process Optimization: Analyze existing HR processes, identify areas of improvement

& recommend automation solutions to increase efficiency. Automating various tasks

starting from Hiring to Off boarding

Automation Implementation: Design, develop & implement automated workflows

for core HR processes using automation tools

Data Management & Integration: Ensure seamless data flow across HR systems,

improve data integrity support data analytics initiatives

Continuous improvement: Monitor the performance of automated workflows,

troubleshoot issues make adjustments to improve efficiency & effectiveness over

time

Reporting & Metrics: Generate reports & metrics to track the success of automation

efforts, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency

Training & Support: Provide training & support to HR team members on newly

implemented processes & tools

Troubleshooting Support: Provide ongoing support for automated HR systems,

troubleshooting issues as they arise & optimizing based on feedback

Improve employee experience: Through HR automation using technology to simplify

& enhance all HR processes, allowing employees to have faster, more efficient engaging interactions with HR.
