Job description
What you’ll do
1. Design & Analysis:

Create and review structural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects. Perform structural analysis and calculations to determine load capacities, material requirements, and safety measures.

2. Software Utilization:

Use design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit for structural modeling and detailing.

3. Project Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to align structural designs with overall project requirements. Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

4. Standards & Compliance:

Ensure structural designs meet local and international building codes, safety standards, and regulations. Prepare and review design documentation, reports, and drawings.

5. Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve any structural issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

6. Material Selection:

Recommend appropriate construction materials based on project specifications and budget.
