What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Maintain and analyse the recruitment metrics and SLA to measure the effectiveness of hiring process.
Understating of transmission line EPC industry and roles, is very important
To ensure compliance with applicable employee laws and regulations.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters degree in HR preferred.
Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement, preferably in the EPC or related industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools and trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Location: Mumbai based candidates preferred.
Early joiners will be preferred.
