What you’ll do
Role : Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for real estate roles, such as sales agents, brokers, property managers, and executives.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry networking events, and direct outreach, to build a strong pipeline of talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job postings and candidate screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create and update job descriptions, and implement a consistent and efficient hiring process.
The Talent Manager in real estate will drive all talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top-performing real estate professionals. This includes leading end-to-end recruitment, designing training and development initiatives, and implementing effective performance and retention strategies to support business growth and success.

Preferred candidate profile : Mandatory experience in Realestate.
