Job Description:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Actively participate in business calls with stakeholders to address staffing needs.
Prioritize recruitment tasks based on business urgency.
Screen and shortlist candidates according to specific requirements.
Communicate with shortlisted candidates, providing details about the role, specifications, and business context.
Collaborate with hiring managers to review requirements and provide regular status updates.
Organize and manage recruitment drives for lateral hires, both on weekdays and weekends.
Follow up with candidates on documentation and joining formalities.
Extensive experience handling both bulk and specialized recruitment needs.
