What you’ll do
We are Looking For Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location – Andheri (Chakala)

Roles and Responsibilities –

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) across functions Visa, Forex, Operations, Sales, Corporate Travel, and Technology.
Partner with managers to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
Manage high-volume recruitment and multiple roles within deadlines.
Source talent via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with role and culture fit.
Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Handle salary benchmarking, offer negotiations, and closures.
Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost, quality).

Required Skill –

5 – 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the travel / tourism / hospitality sector.
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
Strong sourcing expertise using professional networks and social platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
