The Role
As our Technical Lead for End User Support Automation, you’ll be the technical owner of our platform’s entire End User
Computing (EUC) automation engine. You’ll work at the intersection of traditional IT operations and Agentic AI, translating your
deep hands-on expertise in desktop support, endpoint management, and troubleshooting into intelligent automation workflows
that our AI agents can execute autonomously.
What You’ll Own:

EUC Automation Architecture – Design and build the automation framework for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints
AI Agent Training – Dene how our AI agents diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common (and complex) endpoint
issues. Collaborate with AI engineers to teach our platform how IT support is done.

Technical Delivery – Act as the single point of contact for customers on all EUC automation capabilities, owning
technical escalations and solutions
Knowledge Engineering – Create the technical playbooks and decision trees that power our AI’s reasoning for endpoint
support
Customer Success – Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their EUC pain points and translate them
into product features. Support product PoCs and pilot engagements with enterprise customers.
This is a hands-on technical role – You’ll be writing PowerShell scripts, creating lab-simulation environments, building automation
workflows, debugging complex endpoint issues, and directly shaping how millions of employees will experience IT support in the AI
era.

Outlook not working? AI troubleshoots connectivity, profiles, and authentication autonomously
BitLocker compliance issues? AI encrypts, backs up keys, and verifies – all automated

Application installations with multi-level approval workflows
OS security patching and compliance management
Printer configurations pushed across 10,000+ endpoints
Software deployments orchestrated through AI reasoning
Intelligent Diagnostics:

AI that understands “my computer is slow” and knows exactly what to check
Automated disk cleanup, startup optimization, and resource monitoring
Integration with tools like Zabbix for predictive issue resolution

Solid experience with iOS and Android device management
Preference given to candidates with hands-on Linux desktop experience (Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.) and Azure Cloud Platform

Experience with Bash scripting for Linux environments

5+ years in IT with demonstrable experience managing EUC/desktop support teams
Deep understanding of endpoint security (vulnerability management, hardening, access control)
Experience with monitoring tools and infrastructure technologies
