Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for end-to-end business development and sales activities, including lead generation and conversion, building sales proposals, and closing leads and contracts to increase new and existing business for Myrtha Pools India.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for the business development activities in the target market to fulfil the sales target assigned
Generate strong leads and convert them towards sales and business targets
Understand technical project requirements and coordinate with the design team to build proposals and offer techno-commercial solutions
Responsible for closing the contract both from a technical and commercial perspective
Responsible for complete handover of the project and payment collections
Continuously build and leverage a strong network of Government bodies (Municipal Corporations / Armed Forces etc.), Sports departments, Consultants (Architects / Designers / PMCs), Contractors, and other relevant stakeholders
Work with relevant stakeholders to improve the overall standards in building standards of Swimming Pool technology

Skills: Essential

A male candidate
Any graduate
Minimum 78 years of sales experience
Preferred: prior experience in Technical solution selling or Project sales in government segment/department
Good communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Willing to travel frequently
Experience in Capital Expenditure business, preferably in Construction, Heavy Engineering, or Sports, will be an advantage
