We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Trainer to help us build a new generation of counselors who can guide students on this transformative journey.
The Role: As a Trainer for Counseling and Student Empowerment, you will be a key driver of our mission. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to aspiring and professional counselors. Your primary goal will be to equip them with the knowledge and skills to effectively use our unique tools and methodology, including the DEM Scan Report and the Cognitive Diversity Atlas, to provide deeply personalized and holistic guidance to students.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and update training curriculum for counselors, focusing on our proprietary DEM Scan Report and its application in student guidance.
Conduct engaging workshops and training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to educate counselors on our unique blend of modern science and spiritual insights.
Provide practical training on how to interpret and utilize the data from the Cognitive Diversity Atlas to offer culturally and regionally nuanced counseling.
Mentor and provide ongoing support to trainee counselors, ensuring they fully grasp the principles of our Consciousness-Based Learning model.
Develop assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and the competency of the counselors.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights for improving our training tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in the fields of counseling, psychology, or education.
A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly preferred.
A strong passion for the intersection of technology, psychology, and holistic well-being.
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging learning experiences.
An open-minded and adaptable approach, with an interest in exploring new paradigms in education.
