Job description
What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of tunnel works using TBM technology.
Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Monitor TBM performance, advance rates, and machine health; troubleshoot operational issues.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel involved in tunnel execution.
Prepare and review daily progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities for approvals and inspections.
Implement cost control measures and optimize resource utilization.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and supervisors on TBM operations and tunneling techniques.
