What you’ll do

US IT Team LeadBangalore ,Pune , Mumbai and VadodaraJob descriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality IT staffing services to clients in the US market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective project execution.
Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry.
Proven track record of success in managing teams or leading projects in an implementation partner role.
Strong understanding of C2C (Contract-to-Contract) model and its application in IT staffing.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
