What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
3-5 years of Big 4 public accounting experience with audit focus
Previous corporate controller experience or similar senior finance leadership role
Demonstrated experience in services or software industry environments
Proven track record working within global/multinational organizations Technical Skills
Deep expertise in accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting
Strong experience with ERP systems implementation and optimization
Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
Solid understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit processes
Knowledge of international tax compliance and transfer pricing concepts Leadership & Soft Skills
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with modern cloud-based ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Prior experience managing offshore accounting operations
Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Experience with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
Project management certification or experience
Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Accounting/Finance) preferred
