What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Sales Management – Front-lining sales achieving desired sales objective through Direct and Channel dealers in the assigned territory

2. Working Capital Management – Ensuring strict working capital control to achieve the gross no. of days and ageing outstanding control

3. Dealer management – Expanding dealer network in unrepresented areas to ensure territory is adequately covered

4. Project management – Co-ordinating with design to offer solution that customer needs – Executing the order and ensuring sanctification of the customer in close working with the projects / service team

5. Organizational Imperatives -Actively participating and originating Kaizens -Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives -Adhere to Compliance and Safe Working Environment

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor of Science / Diploma in Engineering /Degree in Engineering with Post Graduate Qualification in Management
4 years of relevant work experience for Degree in Bachelor of Science / Diploma in Engineering OR 2 years of relevant work experience for Degree in Engineering
1 year of relevant experience in Selling of Industrial Engineering products / Project Sales (or) 0-1 year of experience in case of Post Graduate in Management.
