What You Will Be Doing

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities
Lead efforts to achieve significant improvements in student math learning outcomes through AI-driven analysis and execution, achieving a twofold increase in concept mastery across various mathematical areas and educational levels.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in teaching mathematics or developing math curricula, with proven impact on learning outcomes
Basic proficiency in any programming language
Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex mathematical ideas to diverse stakeholders professionally

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
