Department: Learning Experience & Design About the Role Are you a creative thinker who loves crafting powerful stories through visuals and interactivity? Do you have a passion for design, user experience, and the power of Gen AI in shaping modern education? We’re looking for a full-time Instructional Designer to join our team and bring educational content to life through engaging visual narratives, 3D concepts, and cutting-edge design techniques. This role blends storytelling, design, and technology — perfect for someone with a foundation in UI/UX and interaction design, who’s ready to build immersive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Storyboard learning narratives and translate scripts into interactive visual journeys.
Design and build web-based learning content using HTML/CSS and modern design frameworks.
Create compelling infographics, motion graphics, and 3D visualizations that enhance comprehension.
Use video storytelling techniques to produce short, impactful learning videos.
Apply human psychology and design principles to optimize user engagement and retention.
Incorporate Gen AI tools for image generation and video production workflows. Masterfully craft AI prompts for generating visual and written content (prompt engineering).
Edit and produce videos using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
Design intuitive and interactive user experiences for web-based learning.
Work closely with curriculum designers, subject-matter experts, and developers to deliver world-class digital learning assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

A degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Strong skills in HTML/CSS and responsive web design.
Knowledge and hands-on with video editing software Experience with visual storytelling, 3D tools, and interactive media.
Ability to convert textual content into engaging infographics and data visuals.
Demonstrated creativity and artistic sensibility. Familiarity with Gen AI tools for creative production (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, D-ID).
Excellent prompt engineering and experimentation skills with AI tools.
Understanding of user psychology and how to apply it to design decisions. A deep passion for storytelling, design, and impactful learning.
Nice to Have Experience with WebGL, animation libraries, or 3D interaction tools. Exposure to Agile or rapid design methodologies.
