TASKO Design Studio is a boutique interior design firm in Hyderabad specializing in custom, luxury residential interiors and turnkey project execution. With over 400 projects completed and a 3000 sqft experience center, we are growing a high-performing team to elevate the design journey for first-time home-owners and modern commercial clients alike.

Role Overview
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will own the complete client journey—from the first interaction to the final handover. You will play a hybrid role combining sales, design leadership, and project alignment, ensuring the client feels guided, confident, and delighted at every step.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is both creatively sharp and operationally confident.

Key Responsibilities

Sales + Client Onboarding

Meet with prospective clients (studio walk-ins, leads) and explain TASKO’s design process and value proposition.

Present past work, material options, and explain how design and execution costs are structured.

Understand client requirements and convert warm leads into signed design projects.

Coordinate closely with the founder on pricing, terms, and onboarding paperwork

Design Leadership

Lead the design process: layout options, moodboards, materials, furniture, and lighting concepts

Guide the team with preparing working drawings, BOQs, and presentation decks.

Review and approve all key design deliverables before client presentations

Client Experience & Project Handover

Take the client through every design milestone—from layout to final 3D approval.

Ensure selections are finalized within timelines to avoid project delays.

Work with the Project Manager & Studio Coordinator to ensure execution matches approved design.

Attend key site visits and sign-off stages to ensure design intent is respected during handover

Mandatory requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you love talking to clients and earning their trust.

A sense of ownership—you treat each project like it’s your own home

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, basic Excel/Sheets, and comfort with presentation tools.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (project managers, vendors, visualizers)

Bonus Points If:
You’ve worked in a design + build firm or have experience seeing projects through to execution

You’ve closed high-value clients independently

You’re familiar with materials, market prices, and execution-level detailing

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
