What you’ll do
Designation: Senior Manager Food & Beverage

Salary Range: 13 15 LPA

Location- Mumbai

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager – F&B will be responsible for leading all aspects of the club’s food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and member satisfaction. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning

* Develop and execute F&B strategies aligned with the club’s vision, member expectations, and business objectives.

* Identify growth opportunities through innovative concepts, menu development, and member engagement initiatives.

2. Operational Oversight

* Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets—restaurants, lounges, bars, and event spaces.

* Ensure smooth, efficient service and uphold high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation.

3. Financial Management

* Prepare and manage departmental budgets; monitor and control operating costs.

* Drive revenue through effective menu engineering, pricing strategy, and promotional activities.

* Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed.

4. Member Experience

* Deliver a personalized, premium service experience for members and guests.

* Address feedback promptly, ensuring continuous improvement in quality and satisfaction.

* Build strong relationships with members to foster loyalty and repeat engagement.

5. Team Leadership

* Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to achieve excellence in service and operations.

* Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

6. Events & Catering

* Plan, coordinate, and execute club events, banquets, and private functions seamlessly.

* Collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver high-quality event experiences.

7. Compliance & Standards

* Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and internal club policies.

* Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all health and safety standards.

8. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

* Work closely with administration, sports, events, and maintenance departments for coordinated operations.

* Support integrated planning for member programs and special occasions.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

* 14+ years of progressive experience in F&B management, preferably in clubs, resorts, or luxury hospitality.

* Proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
